When I set out to write the Matthew Connor Adventure series, I wanted to give readers adventures the likes of Indiana Jones. You have three friends, all from different career backgrounds—an archaeologist, a museum curator, and a freelance photographer—but they have one thing in common: a passion for unearthing legends.

In the second installment of the series, The Secret of the Lost Pharaoh, the trio embarks on a quest with global ramifications. If they fail to retrieve the artifact they’re after, the future of the world and life itself is at risk. What they quickly come to realize, though, is not everything that is lost is meant to be found…

This book has met with tremendous praise, and I’m pleased to announce that The Secret of the Lost Pharaoh took the bronze medal in the 2018 Readers’ Favorite Contest!

If you haven’t picked yourself up a copy yet, there’s no better time than the present to set out to Egypt with our intrepid explorers.

In Egypt’s Western Desert lies the tomb of an unnamed pharaoh that hides a secret so powerful, it could destroy the world as we know it.
